On 20 July this year, Henan province in China experienced extreme rainfall that measured over a year’s worth.
This led to catastrophic flooding in many places including the provincial capital of Zhengzhou, affecting over 13 million people in 150 counties and cities.
Hospitals and medical facilities – so crucial in times like this – were not spared.
Faced with impending epidemics and disrupted rescue and medical services, LSH Auto China dealers in Henan lost no time and got together for what could be their biggest collaborative operation yet.
Employees at every level in Zhengzhou were mobilized and worked tirelessly for 60 hours to help co-ordinate search and rescue missions – successfully connecting 1,953 distress calls, dispatching 184 rescuers and 708 rescue vehicles.
Even as everyone were devoting all their energy and attention to the rescue work, the path to restoration was never forgotten.
LSH Auto China worked with their colleagues in Henan to collaborate with the Henan Wantong Group, Beijing Lei Shing Hong Charity Foundation, and Zhengzhou University Education Development Foundation to provide financial aid for the two affected hospitals – Fuwai Huazhong Cardiovascular Hospital and Zhengda District First Affiliated Hospital.
10 dealers of LSH Auto China in Henan donated a total of 5 million yuan for reconstruction work on the two hospitals.

On May 28, 2021, China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA) released the results of the 2021 Top 100 Auto Deal Groups in China at the 2021 China Auto Dealers Conference held in Wenzhou.

Also announced at the conference was the report on the contributions and public service efforts of the auto industry. The association presented a special and comprehensive report on the efforts made by LSH Auto China.

This contest simulates the real-life customer vehicle usage situation, which needs teamwork, information exchange and communication between team members to troubleshoot customer vehicle and satisfy the customer. Lei Shing Hong Auto dealer Tai Yuan Lei Shing team carefully diagnose errors, learn from other team experience, overcome all the challenges in the way, and finally represent the China team to win over Global Top 3 podium.
This victory in the Global Customer Experience Challenge marked another milestone in Lei Shing Hong legend of craftsmanship, representing the miniature of daily practice, continuous self-upgrading and operation in dealerships. All along, Lei Shing Hong Auto dealers non-stop pursuing excellent customer experience, and developing outstanding technical expert to improve Mercedes-Benz vehicle repair skill level.

LSH Auto China was recognised at the China Automobile Dealers Association (CADA)’s 2020 Annual Convention for its outstanding business performance and its continued efforts to give back to the community. The team received the 2020 CADA Brand Award and the 2020 CADA CSR Award at the annual event.
In Autumn 2020, LSH Auto China led 100 Mercedes-Benz drivers on a 1,600 km tour across Tibet as part of an annual guided road trip. The group enjoyed eight days of spectacular views from behind the wheels of premium GLE and GLS SUVs.
Throughout the trip, the LSH Auto team adapted to the complex driving conditions and ensured a consistently excellent off-road driving experience for customers.
Talent development is integral to LSH Auto’s success in delivering the highest level of customer service possible. LSH Auto has always encouraged its outstanding in-house technicians to take part in the Mercedes-Benz TechMasters Competition. Despite numerous challenges this year, LSH Auto China’s aftersales team joined the 2020 competition and scored wins across multiple categories.
